Hollyn got her palatal expander today. She was such a trooper. Not a comfortable experience, there was a bunch of gagging when it got glued in and she struggled to swallow or talk at first. But she walked out of the office with a smile on her face and trying her best. 😂 Dr Haslam was impressed, saying a lot of kids are still struggling to breath at that point.
